Snack time is pretty much the best past time. But instead of grabbing for those powdery chips or sugary candy bars, opt for a more healthy option with Bare Snacks. Bare Snacks are baked crunchy chips that come in a variety of fruit and vegetable flavors. They are gluten free, fat free and a good source of fiber. The best part is they include only two or three ingredients, and it’s the actual fruit or vegetable described. Favorites from Bare Snacks are the Banana, Banana Cinnamon and Granny Smith Apple Chips. You could easily just open up a bag and eat the chips for a snack, or you can try out these quick and easy recipes for a healthier more delicious way.

Banana Parfait

  • 1 handful of Granola

  • 3 Tbsp Yogurt

  • Half a Banana

  • 1 handful of Bare Banana Chips

Prep:

  1. Take any glass jar or reusable cup.

  2. Place the ingredients in the container in layers (A handful of granola, one spoonful of yogurt, one handful of Bare Banana Chips, cut-up pieces of Banana).

  3. Season with Cinnamon for taste.

  

 

Bare Snacks Trail Mix

A handful of:

  • Bare Banana Chips

  • Bare Granny Smith Apple Chips

  • Pretzels

  • Lightly Salted Peanuts

  • Granola

Prep:

  1. It’s trail mix, so it’s very simple. Put all the ingredients into a reusable ziplock bag and stick it in your gym bag, cabinets and snack drawers. Trail mix is super versatile so feel free to swap and change any of these items for your favorite trail mix features.
